Community Forums
RKLhost provides our community forums as a means for our customers to interface directly with each other. Is this your first time visiting our forums? If so, you may need to register before you can begin to post messages. You may also want to review our FAQ for information on using our forums. To start viewing messages, simply click on the forum you are interested in from the selections below.

All forum users are subject to rules set forth by RKLhost. Before you joining our Community Forums, please read the following rules and regulations carefully. Our intent is to provide a constructive community help network for anyone using our services. In order to provide this, we require that you agree to these official forum rules.

Rules and Regulations:
All posts must be positive, constructive, and concern a specific topic.
Customer support will not be carried out within the RKLhost Community Forums. All support requests need to be submitted through our Help Desk.
RKLhost reserves the right to remove any posting(s) we deem inappropriate, regardless of the rules.
RKLhost reserves the right to ban any member who violates the Forum Rules. We will be fair and provide warning in most cases.
The following actions are allowed:
You may ask for help and assistance with programs, services and software e.g. how to.
You may post events and happenings in the world regarding the Internet or Web Hosting.
You may answer questions and concerns to help fellow members.
If a post requests information about a product or service you sell, you may answer the question and provide appropriate links.
Four line signatures are allowed for displaying names, e-mails addresses and phone numbers. No blatant advertising please.
A little fun is okay...general conversation and getting to know each other is allowable. However, please keep it positive and clean.
The following actions are not allowed:
You may not advertise or promote other web hosting or registration companies or their programs.
You may not make personal attacks on others.
You may not complain. Complaints are not constructive. If you have a complaint about RKLhost or the services you have received, please use our feedback form to provide RKLhost management direct input to concerns and issues, so that we can actively and constructively work with you to resolve your concerns. If you have a technical problem, please open a Help Desk ticket so our technicians can assist you in resolving the problem.
You may not use profanity. It is unprofessional and offensive and will not be tolerated.
You may not make blatant advertising posts.
